Seminar

USPS.COM - Where Dreams Come True
presented by Len Rooke
Northeast Area Small Business Development and Mail Acceptance Manager, USPS

Join us for this entertaining, informative seminar. We have taken a light-hearted approach to demonstrating how your Postal Service will not only help you to build your business, but how we can make your personal life easier as well.

We will share with you the anxiety, stress and frustration that Mr. & Mrs. Graswald (not to be confused with Chevy Chase’s family the Griswalds) experience while preparing to go on vacation. Come and see how the US Postal Service makes life easier for them, how their interaction with the post office helps to solve their problems and how the Postal Service can do the same for you.

Last year, as a small business customer, we shared with you the benefits of Direct Mail and will touch upon this service in this year’s seminar as well—come and see how it worked for the Graswalds! So be sure to get your movie ticket at our Exhibit Booth or at the door, pick up your popcorn bag full of goodies and information and come on in for what we hope will be a fun filled seminar that movie critics will be talking about for years.

Leonard Rooke started his postal career in 1978 as a window clerk. He has served in various positions in postal operations including Postmaster of Wendell, Belchertown and Palmer Massachusetts. At the Northeast Area level Len has served as Consumer Affairs Manager, Sales Account Manager Premier Accounts, Business Center Manager, Customer Service Program Manager and is currently the Northeast Area Small Business Development and Mail Acceptance Manager.

Len has served on various task forces and projects for USPS Headquarters. He is the go-to person for USPS.com programs and functions.
